Above the Glass 2026 Campaign
LeClair / 2026
Corporate America is awash in associations, committees, and non-profits all trying to connect with women who are essential to businesses still full of invisible barriers.
With so many well-known, well-organized, well-funded entities, Above the Glass was wrestling with big questions: where does the organization fit in, and how can they give women who attend their events a reason to stay involved? Their 2026 event featured Sharon McMahon as the keynote speaker and had an ambitious goal to draw more than 200 women from around the Twin Cities.
Making the most of Sharon’s extensive Instagram presence meant a social-heavy campaign that continued to refine the brand’s visual identity and bring new energy to their voice. Smart, tightly defined paid social investment and a steady cadence of organic posts resulted in extensive reach.
For the first time in the organization’s history, the annual event reached venue capacity, with 256 tickets sold, and a waitlist was created to handle the outsized demand. Just as important, the majority of attendees opted into future communications, further expanding the AtG community.
